…Shawarma made from Wagyu beef. There is a produce market along the road from my apartment here in Manila that operates every Saturday. I had been told that they regularly do Wagyu beef but the temptation to have that as Shawarma proved irresistible. Delicious, and highly recommended as a breakfast of champions.
This is mine being prepared. When asked whether I wanted it spicy I chose “little spicy” but for future reference I could have manned up and gone the full Monty I think. After finishing it, dripping as little as possible down my chin, I had a large cup of fresh boku (coconut) juice. My café Americano with an extra shot was the perfect ending to breakfast.
